What is PVD?
Physical Vapor Deposition, or PVD, is a group of vacuum coating techniques that are used to deposit thin film coatings that enhance the properties and performance of tools and machine components. The PVD Process
PVD is the deposition of a metal onto a substrate through changes in the physical state of the metal (solid to gas to solid). Our lab is equipped with a Hartec B23 sputtering unit. Having our own sputtering unit in-house allows us to quickly create sample parts in order to meet your development time line. Our A2La Certified Test Lab allows us to test industrial standard specifications.
